This interface facilitates digital collaboration between customers and suppliers, simplifying meeting management, including agendas, minutes distribution, action item tracking, and communication of decisions and information.

Persona-Based Visibility and Insights

Persona-Based Visibility and Insights would provide governance teams with a comprehensive dashboard that displays real-time data on the performance of critical services provided by their suppliers for the Service Management Office and Vendor Managers.

Global Search

Advanced ‘Global Search’ capability for the users to look up Meetings and Action Items.

Actionable insights capabilities on dashboards

Interactive dashboards empower SIAM governance team to extrapolate insights and take recommended actions, enabling them to prioritize tasks and maintain agreed service levels.
